Firefighters pulled six children and a woman from a St. Paul home Wednesday morning and they were taken to the hospital with some in critical condition.The fire department was called at 1:30 a.m. about a residential house fire in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood and found a single-family home with smoke showing, said Deputy Fire Chief Tony Farina.St. Paul firefighters put out a fire in the 1200 block of Arkwright Street and took seven people to the hospital on Jan. 3, 2024. CAIRO, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Cairo woman was arrested on Monday after allegedly stealing a car along with multiple firearms and cash. Heather Billingsley, 53, faces several charges. According to New York State Police, Billingsley was known to the victim and took their car without permission before fleeing the area. Troopers say Billingsley also took multiple firearms and cash without the victim's knowledge from their home. ST CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. - A crash Wednesday morning on Interstate 70 westbound at the Convention Center overpass at 5th Street in St. Charles caused a mess on the roadway.A tractor trailer hit the overpass, knocking some debris onto the highway. BURLINGAME — A person was hospitalized after their vehicle was hit by a northbound Caltrain in Burlingame just before 6 a.m. Wednesday morning, the commuter rail line confirmed.The incident occurred at 5:59 a.m. at the Broadway crossing, according to Caltrain Public Information Officer Dan Lieberman. Scattered and unpredictable rain showers were still roaming throughout the Bay Area on Wednesday morning as the National Weather Service issued yet another High Surf Advisory, warning beach goers of more large waves along the coast.The Bay Area’s first rainfall of 2024 lasted into Wednesday morning, albeit in the form of scattered showers.
